Refund and Returns Policy
Luxuryoo provides QC before shipment, and does its best to provide you with a 100% satisfactory shopping experience. Customers confirm the QC before shipment and click OK. By default, the customer is satisfied with the goods. Therefore, after the customer receives the goods, we will not accept after-sales applications if the customer believes that the product is defective or of poor quality due to personal subjective emotions.
If you need to apply for a return or refund, please contact our customer service to inform the reason for the return, and provide relevant videos and photos to obtain the delivery address.
About Refunds
Luxuryoo accepts refunds in the following situations:
- The package was seized by customs during transportation. (We can reship you of goods or refund your money)
- The style and size of the goods received are different from the goods you placed the order or confirmed by QC
- The products received have serious quality problems (such as the glue on the goods is open, the goods are seriously off-line, etc.)
Luxuryoo does not accept refunds for the following reasons:
- Ordered the wrong goods or wrong size for personal reasons.
- The address filled in by the customer when placing the order is incorrect, resulting in the goods not being received (rescheduling can be arranged and no refunds will be accepted)
- Do not assist customs in signing for packages or paying duties (for example, Mexico, Peru and other countries will have customs duties and need assistance with customs clearance and payment of duties)
- Failure to sign for the package in time or refusal to sign for it.
- The delivery status shows that the delivery is successful/delivered.
Regarding returns/exchanges for the following reasons
- Don’t like goods.
- It does not fit due to wrong size ordered.
We accept returns and exchanges due to personal reasons such as dislike or inappropriate size.
But some conditions need to be met
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and the shipping costs incurred by luxuryoo will be deducted from the refund.
- Customers must first return the product and ensure that it is in its original condition: unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with all tags intact. The product must not have been detained by customs during the return process. If we do not receive the product or receive a product that has been used, worn, or soiled, we will not be able to exchange or refund the product.
Warm Reminder: Luxuryoo is headquartered in China/HongKong. The return shipping fee is expensive and the return time takes a long time. If possible, try not to return/exchange goods to give each other a good shopping experience.
